A Day in the life…
No two days are ever the same
No two days are ever the same when you’re a global events and wedding coordinator—and that’s exactly what we love about it. Our job takes us around the world, creating unforgettable moments for couples and clients in the most beautiful destinations. But behind the scenes, it’s a whirlwind of creativity, logistics, and precision timing.
A typical day starts early. With clients in different time zones, we’re often on morning Zoom calls with couples planning weddings in Italy, France, or the US. We discuss design, timelines, menus, and guest experiences—ensuring no detail is overlooked. I might then jump straight into meetings with local vendors, florists, or caterers, confirming arrangements or making final tweaks to seating plans.
The afternoons are for logistics—think travel coordination, schedule building, and triple-checking contingency plans. When you’re planning events abroad, it’s vital to expect the unexpected. Weather, language barriers, and last-minute changes are part of the job, and we’ve learned to thrive under pressure, always staying calm and solutions-focused.
Creative moments are sprinkled throughout the day too—styling mood boards, sourcing décor inspiration, or designing bespoke experiences like sunset yacht parties or welcome dinners in ancient vineyards.
Evenings can mean catching a flight, scouting a new venue, or attending a site visit at a destination location.
What keeps us going? Passion. Seeing months of planning come together in one perfect, joy-filled moment is the best feeling in the world. Being a global events and wedding coordinator isn’t just a job—it’s a lifestyle. And we wouldn’t trade it for anything.
